How to Activate Windows 8.1 Permanently

• Make sure your PC or laptop is connected to a stable internet connection.
• Install Skype as usual, then sign in with your account. If you don't have an account, please register first.
• Open Command Prompt as Run as Administrator.

1. In the Command Prompt, enter the following command:  slmgr.vbs /ipk “Windows 8.1 Key”

2. If so, type the following command:  slui 4

3. Then the country selection for activation will appear, select United Kingdom.

4. Use your Skype to call the United Kingdom toll-free number +448000188354. 5. First, you will be asked to confirm, just follow the instructions you hear. After confirmation, you will be asked to choose Home or Business Users, select Home Users by pressing the 1 button on the dial-pad.
6. Enter the Installation ID on Skype step by step with the dial-pad, while listening to the instructions that appear. 7. If the Installation ID you entered is correct, then you will be asked to choose how many computers you are using, press the 1 button on the dial-pad.
8. You will be given a Confirmation ID, listen to the Confirmation ID, and don't forget to write it down.
9. Enter the Confirmation ID you received in the window.
Press Activate Windows when finished.
